Cats’ Corner promotes the swing culture and swing scene in Malmö

Our primary focus is on Lindy Hop, but we also focus on other neighbouring swing dances such as Balboa, Shag, Tap and Jazz.

COVID update

Almost all covid-restrictions in Sweden are lifted by the 9th of februray 2022. Therefore we will re-open our socialdance.
Do note that unvaccinated still are recommended to avoid crowds according to the public health agency of sweden.

Wednedsay Night Hop

We usually organize a social dance at Moriskan Pavilion in Folkets Park on Wednesday from 19:00-22:30. Many evenings include some kind of fun taster class. Take a look at our Facebook page for updates. It may be that we change venue, we will notify you via Facebook if that is the case. A little further down on this page you will find our Facebook events.

Note that we currently change venue quite often due to difficulties to use the grand hall at Moriskan currently. Make sure to check our Facebook, where we update the current venue.

Malmö Spring Jump

Every year we organize our big annual workshop, Malmö Spring Jump. Unfortunatly the event won’t take place in 2023. We plan for an return in 2024

Cats’ Corner is a non-profit association led by a board elected at the annual meeting. The board together with the members spread the joy of dance in the region. It may be the board that manages the daily operations of the organisation, but we would be nothing without our wonderful members.
